Welcome to my corner of healing and transformation! I'm thrilled to have you here. I founded Light & Shadow Holistics in 2023. It is my sincere hope that you find us to be your go-to sanctuary for energy healing. So, let me officially introduce myself — I'm Andra, a passionate, tough love type of gal on a mission to help you heal and harmonize your light and shadow. But let me tell you, my journey to becoming a Reiki Master wasn't exactly conventional.

Picture this: I was a trauma survivor and first-generation college grad turned six-figure corporate warrior, navigating the hustle and bustle of the 9-to-5 grind. I was quite honestly drowning while trying to heal and balance family life. Sound familiar? But then, life threw me a curveball (as it tends to do), and I found myself on a path I never expected.

After hitting a major burnout, I knew something had to change. I waved goodbye to spreadsheets and office politics and embarked on a quest for inner peace and purpose. During that time, God gave me a clear message, "Heal the world." And that's when Reiki discovered me (you read that right). This powerful healing modality came to me and changed my life in ways I never imagined.

Fast forward to today, and here I am, a certified Usui Reiki Master with a heart full of gratitude and a toolkit packed with healing energy. My mission? To share the power of Reiki with the world and help others tap into their own inner healer.
